Description
This spherical scene is some kind of sequel to my "shaved bumblebee" image. It took me around a week in zbrush and 3ds max and Photoshop. The fur is not 3D fur, it's just a texture with a few photoshop-brushstrokes to make the borders of the cats body look furry. It's rendered with Vray and a bit of global illumination, but as usual most of the tension in lighting comes through the photoshop editing. Hope you enjoy it...

I didn't know you needed that many programs for working in 3-D. Lovely concept and characterdesigns.
